I wake up every morning at 5am. It’s early. Early to the point that I really don’t feel like doing anything, let alone going to the gym to run around, pick things up, put them down, and exhaust myself further. When I do find the time and will to get to the gym in the morning, I find myself awake, energized, and ready to rock for the day ahead. Even taking just a few minutes in the morning to get yourself moving can do wonders for the mood of the whole day. Here’s a 10 minute workout to jump start your day!
