POST-HOLIDAY WORKOUTS FOR BULKERS AND CUTTERS
Well, another holiday has passed. For those of us that celebrate Easter or Passover, this past weekend was one full of family, celebration, and food too good to pass up. Your parent’s only make that one special dish once in a rare while, so you have to chow down on it while you can, right? My weekend looked a bit like this: wake up, breakfast, tea and cake, break for clearing the table and taking a stroll, dinner, dessert with more tea and cake, another break to clear the table, and then supper… capped off with more tea and cake. That’s why I’m going to be checking this little guide to getting back into form and habit after being attacked by holiday deliciousness.
